Refund policy
DB International welcomes online store returns. If your item does not fit as you had hoped, you have chosen the wrong size, or you have simply changed your mind we will gladly offer an exchange, online store credit or refund.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
CHRISTMAS GIFTING:
Our return policy will be extended for purchases between 1st Dec and 24th Dec. All purchases between these dates will qualify for returns up until 4 Jan (7 days after Christmas Day).
Items must be unworn and in original condition with designer garment tags and swing tags attached and all original packaging including boxes and tissue paper etc. Damaged, worn, or altered garments will not be exchanged, credited or refunded and will be returned to the customer.
Shoes must be returned in original condition, unworn, with no wear on the soles. Swimwear and jewellery may be returned for exchange or refund provided the item has been unworn. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase if requested.
You can initiate a return via the Returns page on our website. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a free return label for you to print and attach to your package. All you need to do is book a courier collection or drop it off at your local NZ Post collection centre.
DAMAGE OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and return the item you have for a credit of refund. However we can processes a direct exchange for available items once the return is accepted.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the value of the item at the time of purchase on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Online store credits cannot be refunded for cash.
Any shipping and handling charges are not refunded. If your full order is returned for a refund, DB International reserve the right deduct a $10 fee from the amount refunded. This charge is applied to cover any complimentary shipping costs associated with delivery and returns that are offered at the time of your order being placed.
