LOYALTY REWARDS

DB International value each and every customer. As such we offer a loyalty programme to reward you each time you shop with us online. You will receive points (that can be transferred to credit) to the value of 10% of your spend for every full priced item purchased.

1 Point = $1 Credit Value

 

EARNING LOYALTY POINTS

Loyalty rewards are earned only on online purchases of full price purchased items.  Your Loyalty points are valid for 6 months from the date earned. After a purchase your loyalty rewards will be added to your account as points that can only be used by you, on your next subsequent purchase. Loyalty rewards will only be earned on the value of an item after any credit has been deducted.

 

REDEEMING LOYALTY POINTS

Loyalty Rewards can only be redeemed by the earning recipient and cannot be redeemed on items that have already been discounted from their original RRP. 

Loyalty Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to an order after payment has been processed.  

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

DB International Ltd Loyalty Points may only be used online at dbinternational.co.nz.

DB International Ltd reserves the right to modify or cancel the loyalty programme at any time.

Where a refund is requested on an item that has been purchased using Loyalty Points, the value of the Loyalty Points used on the purchase will be deducted from the refund amount and the Loyalty Points will be credited back to the customer account with the original expiry date.

 

If an item is returned for a credit or refund and the Loyalty Points earned on the purchase have already been spent, the value of the Loyalty Points will be deducted from the credit or refund given.
